We were brought on to handle the complete landscaping package for a new fourplex development, a large project covering all the lawns, plants, trees, stepping stones, gravel areas and cobbles, right through to the final clean of the entire development. From bare ground to finished grounds, we delivered the whole scope.
Planning and materials
We started by reviewing the site and reading through the landscape design plan in detail. From there we ordered all the materials and coordinated deliveries so everything was on-site at the right time, no delays waiting on product, and no clutter from materials arriving too early.
Working on the developer’s schedule
A development like this moves in phases, and timing matters. We worked closely with the developer so that as each area became ready for landscaping, we were on-site and ready to go. Keeping in step with the build kept the whole project on schedule.
When plans changed, as they often do on a project this size, we sourced the right plants for the right areas and made adjustments quickly without slowing things down. That flexibility is what makes us a reliable partner for developers.
The full build
This was a substantial install. The finished landscaping included:
- All new lawns, with a large volume of quality soil brought in and graded
- Stepping stones, gravel areas and decorative cobbles
- A full planting package of trees and plants throughout the property
A clean handover
Once the build was complete, we finished with a thorough cleanup of the entire development, leaving the property polished and move-in ready. The developer got a finished landscape that adds real value and curb appeal to every unit.
